• Free Shipping: Available on orders over £50 via EMS, delivered within 15-25 business days after dispatch

5.3 Delivery Areas

We ship globally but currently cannot deliver to some Asian countries and remote regions. If you are located in an area we cannot service, we will notify you and cancel your order.

5.4 Delivery Issues

You are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. If a package is returned to us due to incorrect address information, we will contact you to arrange reshipment at your expense.

6.1 Returns Policy

You may return or exchange most items within 15 days of delivery, provided that:

• The item is unused and in its original condition
• The original packaging and all documentation are included
• You provide proof of purchase

6.2 Returns Process

To initiate a return:

For safety and hygiene reasons, the following cannot be returned unless faulty or damaged:

• Opened kits or individual spare tips

6.4 Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method. Original shipping costs are non-refundable, and for free shipping orders, the equivalent shipping cost may be deducted from your refund.
