Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

Please Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond our control, including customs processing times for international orders. We ship globally but currently cannot deliver to some Asian countries and remote regions.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number and instructions on how to track your package.
Returns & Exchanges Policy
We stand behind the craftsmanship and performance of every KNIPEX tool we sell. However, we understand that sometimes a product may not meet your specific needs. Our policy is designed to be as robust and dependable as our tools.
Returns Timeframe
You may return or exchange most items within 15 days of receiving your shipment. To be eligible, the item must be:
- Unused and in original condition
- In its original packaging with all documentation
- Accompanied by the original proof of purchase
The Returns Process
To initiate a return or exchange, please follow these steps:
- Contact Us: Within 15 days of receipt, email our customer service team at [email protected] using the provided template below.
- Await Authorization: Our team will respond with a Returns Authorisation (RA) number and instructions. Please do not send anything back without this authorisation.
- Ship the Item: Carefully package the item(s) for return. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error. We strongly recommend using a tracked and insured service.
- Inspection & Processing: Once received and inspected (typically 3-5 business days), we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund/exchange.
Refund Information
Once your return is approved:
- Timing: Refunds processed within 5-7 business days
- Method: Refunds issued to original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
- Deductions: Original shipping costs are non-refundable. For free shipping orders, the equivalent shipping cost may be deducted from your refund.
Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take additional time for the refund to appear on your statement.
Exchanges
To exchange an item, follow the same return process. Once we process your return, you will be refunded for the original item. You can then place a new order for the desired item on our website.
Non-Returnable Items
Due to safety and hygiene reasons, the following products cannot be returned unless they arrive faulty or damaged:
- Insulated (VDE) Pliers & Cutters: These are safety-critical tools for live electrical work. Once packaging is opened, their certification cannot be verified for subsequent users.
- Kits and Spare Tips: Opened kits or individual spare tips cannot be resold as new.

Return Shipping Address
Upon receiving your RA number, you will be provided with the specific warehouse address for returns. Do not send returns to our company mailing address. Unauthorized returns or items sent to incorrect addresses may be significantly delayed or lost.
